📱 The app — try the flow

Doctor Booking
Training prototype v25

Choose your language

From this one tap, everything — setup, insurance, forms, reminders — runs in your language.

Find a doctor

Your appointment

—
📞 Rather talk to a person? Call the office: —
💳 Very clear: we only book your appointment. Insurance claims and credit card payments are handled by the doctor's office — never by us.
🙂 Final step — prove it's you to approve

To finalize this appointment, prove the person booking is really you — scan your face, or get a code by text. Your choice.

Your choice: don't want to scan your face?

No-show fee: shown before you confirm. Cancel free up to 48 hours before — the doctor's own days off don't count.

You're booked

—

Added to your phone calendar with reminders — one day before, and again a few hours before. Your intake form was sent to the office, filled in your language.

📋 My appointments

Every appointment you made through this app, with its status.

⚙️ Settings — my profile & cards

Your account, in one place. Keep your profile and photo up to date, and add, replace, or remove your cards any time. Each card can be added by scanning it or by typing — your choice.

👤 My profile
?

A clear photo of your face — so the office knows it's you.

This can be different from the address on your ID card — people move, and the card still shows the old address. We always use where you live now: it fills your office forms and finds the doctors nearest to you.

🪪 Insurance card
💳 Credit card

Your card is passed to the doctor's office for their charges (like the no-show fee). We never charge it.

🆔 ID card

The address printed on your ID may be old — that's OK. Your home address where you live now is in your profile above, and that's the one we use.

Training note: in this demo, cards are kept only on this device. The real app stores them securely.

Step 1 of 4 · Language
🗣️ Your language, from the first screen
🏥 A real doctor — name and real street address
📩 Confirmation in your hand in seconds — text or email
📞 Rather talk to a person? The office phone is on every booking

Booking for a parent or a child? A family member can book for you — and receive the confirmation too.

How it works

🌍

1 · Your language first

The very first screen is the language picker — each language in its own script. Everything after runs in it: profile, insurance card scan, payment, forms, reminders.

🛡️

2 · Insurance checked before you book

If the doctor takes your insurance, you go straight to their calendar. If not, you see the self-pay price up front and choose — and the doctor's office handles the payment with you directly. No surprises at the front desk.

📅

3 · Booked — and we're done

Tap a real open slot, finish the doctor's own intake form at home in your language, and get your confirmation by text, email, or both. After the booking, everything stays between you and the doctor's office — we hold no medical records.

♻️

4 · A cancelled slot is never a lost slot

Cancellations are how doctors lose money — an empty chair pays nothing. With us, the moment a patient cancels, that slot opens again in the app, marked ♻️, and the next patient can take it. The chair stays full — and a late cancellation still carries the office's cancellation fee. The doctor is protected twice.

💳 Very clear — who handles the money

Doctor Booking only books the appointment. Insurance claims and credit card payments are handled by the doctor's office — never by us. After you book, we are done; everything about the visit and the payment stays between you and the office.

And cancelling is fair: free cancellation up to 48 hours before your appointment — and the doctor's own days off don't count against those 48 hours. Every doctor's weekend is different — some close Saturday and Sunday, some only Sunday, some Sunday and Monday — so the app follows each doctor's own weekend.

For doctors

$99/mo

Flat per-doctor price (training placeholder). Cancel anytime. No per-booking metering.

No-show
protection

You set the fee; your office charges it to the patient's card. Reminders go out first, in the patient's language. We never touch the money.

Family
helper mode

A linked son, daughter, or caregiver can book and get alerts — each person in their own language.

Forms
done at home

Your new/returning patient forms, completed in the patient's language before the visit. Appointments start on time.

🗂️ Office bookings — every appointment in one list

The front desk sees every appointment patients made through the app, with live status counts. (Training demo: this list fills from bookings made in the app on this device.)

🧪 Training notes — what v1 is for

  • This prototype lives on our training ground only (the unused madeclarestudios.com) — no advertising, no real doctors, no real bookings.
  • We use it to learn the flow, test wording in each language, and keep upgrading until it is the best version we can make.
  • Any language on Earth — one simple box: tap the box, scroll the list, or type a letter to jump straight to your language. The list holds 90+ languages, each in its own script; the app already runs the full flow in 23 languages (including right-to-left Arabic, Persian, Urdu, Hebrew); every other language is selectable now and gets its full translation pack in the real app — the design rule is no language left out.
  • Insurance — USA + Canada, one searchable box: public programs (Medicare, Medicaid, Medi-Cal, every Canadian provincial plan), the national companies, every Blue Cross Blue Shield state plan, regional Medicaid/Medicare plans, and Canada's private insurers — plus "Other insurance" so nobody is ever turned away. In the real app this list connects to a live payer database.
  • Find your doctor your way: an optional name search sits on top of specialty + insurance — and every doctor always shows their full street address, on the card, the booking screen, and the confirmation.
  • Recommendations, not a long list: results are ranked for the patient — doctors who take their insurance first, then nearest to their location, inside the type of doctor they asked for — with a ⭐ Recommended badge and the distance shown. The list works for the patient, not the other way around.
  • Private review only: this training site is locked — only Ramy can enter, using his own email sign-in. Nobody else gets in.
  • Every booking is listed: the app keeps one appointments ledger — the patient's "My appointments" and the office's bookings list — and every appointment carries one of three statuses: ● Active, Visit ✓, or Cancelled. Nothing booked through us is ever lost.
  • The name box keeps recommending: the moment a patient starts typing a doctor's name, matching names drop down and keep narrowing with every letter — one tap picks the doctor. No typing the whole name, no guessing spelling.
  • Very clear — we never touch the money: the app only books the appointment. Insurance claims and credit card payments are handled by the doctor's office — stated on the homepage, on the booking screen, and on the confirmation, so nobody ever wonders who charges them.
  • Open slots, as far as the doctor allows: patients see the doctor's real empty appointments with dates, shown ahead only as far as each doctor permits (each doctor sets their own window — days to a month).
  • ⚙️ Settings — profile & cards: the gear opens the patient's account: profile with their photo (the office knows it's them), plus their insurance card, credit card, and ID card — each one addable by scan or typing, replaceable when it changes, removable any time.
  • Front AND back: doctor offices scan both sides of every card — so every card in the app takes a photo of the front and a photo of the back. A card missing a side says so, until both sides are in.
  • Face scan to finalize: no booking is finalized on a tap alone — the patient scans their face to approve who booked, and the Confirm button stays locked until the face check passes. Every booking in the ledger is marked 🙂 Face-verified. (Training build: the check is simulated; the real app verifies against the profile photo.)
  • Their choice: a patient who doesn't want the face scan verifies instead by a 6-digit code texted to their phone — same locked Confirm, same approval, and the booking is marked 📱 Text-verified. Nobody is forced into one way.
  • Fair cancellation: free cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment — and weekends don't count toward the 48 hours. A Monday appointment can be cancelled free until the Thursday before, and every booking shows its exact free-cancellation deadline.
  • Comfort beats the answering machine: patients fear being trapped, confused, or ignored — so the design answers all three: their language from the first screen, a real doctor with a real address, instant confirmation in hand, and the office's own phone number printed on every doctor card and booking ("Rather talk to a person? Call the office"). Knowing a human is one call away is what makes them comfortable booking without one.
  • Freed slots refill the chair: a cancellation normally means a doctor loses that visit's money. Here, the cancelled slot instantly reopens in the app — shown in gold with a ♻️ — and any patient can take it, while a slot that's booked disappears from the open list. The doctor keeps the visit; a late cancellation still carries the office's fee on top.
  • The directory is the product: nobody should ever have to ask for a doctor to be added. In the real app, the full official registries load in — the USA's federal NPI/NPPES registry of every licensed provider, and Canada's provincial college directories — so every doctor in the USA and Canada is findable from day one; booking switches on office by office as offices join. This training build now carries 140 sample doctors across 24 cities in the USA and Canada.
  • Every doctor's weekend is their own: some offices open Saturday and rest only Sunday; some rest Sunday and Monday. Each doctor's profile carries their own days off, Saturday doctors offer Saturday appointments, and the 48-hour count skips only that doctor's weekend — never a one-size-fits-all calendar.
  • When the final name is chosen, we publish properly: a new website, plus real Android and Apple apps (Phase 2, paid from income).
  • Upgrade list: real calendar, real insurance verification from the card, doctor dashboard, helper linking, more languages, doctor no-show mirror protection (auto-refund + priority rebook).
